The prior build would crash and close abruptly. Ill try to let you know about this update in a follow-up review. This app provides no user control to turn off or modify cookie acceptance like other browsers. It does not let you see the results after you press to delete all data, and cookies---meaning you dont know if lurking in your phone there are the new generation of cookies that are not deleted after you press the command to delete all. Safari has that problem--you tell it to delete all cookies and yet a number of cookies resist being deleted. This browser doesnt even allow you to see the cookies on your phone.

*Update* Most recent update 6-30-17 Browser crashes frequently. Also when restarted it loses all information and you have to start from scratch. Even when in settings the start from where you left off option is checked. When issues are fixed I will adjust my rating and review. I have used this app for many years and enjoy it. It is my default browser on my iPhone.

It works when safari doesnt. Even if its Chinese.

I have been looking for a free browser that has features like pop up blocking, continue where u leave off options, customizable interface, download options, background video/audio and much more. Since the last google chrome update I lost the ability to listen to YouTube while the screen is locked or when switching apps and this Dolphin web browsers gives that option. Finally I can have internet videos running in the background. That alone is worth the 5 stars but there are also many features like pop up blocking which allows for a smoother experience. This comes in handy when you want to search or just browse media on the web securely. The interface is another strong point here very modern and the allows for easy switching or browsing great for those who need to view more than one thing or multitask. I also appreciate the options available such as continuing where you left off, clearing data, adblock and more. I dont take those features for granted anymore. I almost forgot to mention the screen dimmer feature to dim the screen when night viewing. Simply put this is A must have app for iOS !!!

This has helped me more than my laptop especially for things at work such as separate files opening in different pages etc. best browser yet they need to start up one for other than mobile users. ? solid

Nothing special with this app. Too many silly features and not enough actual usable ones. Plus now I cant see Facebook messages anymore; its forcing me to install messenger. ? I switched to Chrome and that still shows messages on Facebook.

Have tried several different browsers and cannot seem to switch away from dolphin.

It used to crash every once in a long while, but now it crashes multiple times daily.

The new long hold for entering gestures is very counter-intuitive and frustrating. Loved dolphin before this change, but will not be using it until there is an option to restore the single tap. Also, entering gestures causes whatever audio is playing to pause. I miss the old dolphin.

Clean or clear button need at quick access bar. Tablet version has trash can icon at menu can be access fast but iPhone or iPod the menu is hidden in setting menu. Can you bring this menu to front?

When I used safari I could load up videos and they were choppy. I decided to download this and wow it was a great difference.

The ad blocking function is soooo weak, and needs to be improved. Also, hope you can add arrows for scrolling up and down. Thanks.

No question. Takes a sloppy dumb all over safari and google. Its terrific.

Browser modifies HTTPS URLs before sending them to the server. This is a terrible, negligent practice. Do not trust them! Since they are checking the URLs you type, notice they cram ads and speed dial spam as well. For more than a week around thanksgiving, they forced a full screen dancing ad on launch. Do they snoop your urls for ads too?

Will recommend to everyone. Is it really private tho? I hope so. Awesome app.

The iMessage extension is excellent. Makes it really easy to share sites, pics, and gifs. Well done.
