Dolphin Web Browser App Reviews

Hands down Dolphin is superior in virtually every category from ease of use to security. Intuitive and streamlined, it has everything you want and some things you would have wanted but didnt even think of!!

When in locked rotation mode, the browser opens in landscape mode but the keyboard is still in portrait mode. So to type anything you have to rotate your phone and then rotate back. On the start page, the logo takes up 1/2 of the screen. Is that REALLY necessary? Bring the old UI back

I think my favorite feature is desktop mode for those websites that wont play nice with a phone. I dont have a hotspot or WiFi at home and some websites are not optimized to work with a phone. This will save me a trip to the nearest WiFi.

This is the best browser out there requires very little signal for people who dont have great signal. Works when all the other browsers say looks like you dont have an internet connection. Wouldnt use any other browser.

The new long hold for entering gestures is very counter-intuitive and frustrating. Loved dolphin before this change, but will not be using it until there is an option to restore the single tap.

I like the speed dial home screen, I like the password feature and tabbed, private browsing. The only thing I would add would be a button to return me to the top of the page. THANKS! UPDATE: I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 3. Heres why: Dolphin used to be the best browser. That changed when I was no longer able to use my paid password manager, RoboForm. This is a deal breaker for me. Hopefully, this will change; if it does, Ill come back and upgrade the rating. In the meantime I have to use another browser, which is OK but not as good as Dolphin used to be.

This browser never gets old. Will use forever!

Have been using it for a long time for it being the fastest mobile browser Ive known. But, with the latest update it got very slow, significantly slow. I tried it in faster wifi connections, but, sadly, have to confirm it is 30-40% slower.

On those rare occasions when Safari gets a bad case of indigestion of too much bad code, Dolphin is the answer. It is fast as well integrated as it can be, and there are times I am left longing for it on my Mac. I wonder if these guys could write an Email app with calendar and todo, yes I know there is Outlook and the whole Google Banquet, but sometimes you want something light with no reflux

The voice feAture doesnt work on mine and I paid. It would be cool if it actually blocked advertises... And one thing I hate is that when you switch to landscape view and back to portrait.. The bar where the back and forward page button are sticks on the middle of the page, it doesnt snap down.

Best alternative web browser for iphone & ipad. Adblocker is a great feature for those annoying websites.

Specifically for FB. Worked perfectly and now suddenly does not... Is it just me? (Edit: Thanks for responding. Much appreciated.)
